“PU” was bored, His friend walked into his room, they spend some quite time on internet, one of his friend called him from chennai saying that some girl is disturbing him... Suddenly this two jobless guy now got a job, it feel like they just got one new project in there freelancing account.Now the story goes like this, chennai friend is getting lots of miss call from a unknown number,the girl was from KOLKATA..well that was an assumption by seeing the number and her mother tongue which was bengali. Unfortunaely chennai friend was telugu and he was not good in hindi nor in English..so here this two jobless guy got the job ...”PU” picked up his phone and called the girl..[“PU”:- Who are you, why you doing this,,I will file an FIR if u don't stop.."]..blah blah..as if he gonna really do this.. well thats the end of it...Evening,  “PU” went out for a walk and he walked into the shop, there he saw "AB".. ”PU” was inside the Shop and Ab was picking tomato outside the shop bending down..”PU” avoiding eye contact smartly enjoying her beauty., to avoid  public attention “PU” asked the shop keeper for a cold drinks, as if he came to buy a drink, but I knew the truth. .Taking the drink in hand he rolled his eye in his right.....but OH GOD...What a disaster..where is "AB"..Where is she..oh nooooooooo, she's goneeeee....... all the stunts in vain.....nahiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.............yea kiya ho gayaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..........

"AB":- aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......oooouuuuuchhhhh {cry out loud}

"PU":- (In MInd, when she creeped behind me ) I mean...that..
"Shop keeper":- Kiya bhaiya , aap tho dara diye the..
"Pu":- She is the one who shouted
"AB":- You stepped on my leg , IDIOT..it hurts.
"PU":-..with sad face..I am sorry..
SHOP keeper:- Ye lijiye madam aapki Tomator..Aab aap log ja sakte ho.


Both of them walked away ...talking to each other.....bloody he forgot me behind, excuse me Mr Pu ..you was with me.....what the hell?????arrey mere saat kyu nahi hota yea sab....

Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP for short) is a very rare disease that causes parts of the body (muscles, tendons, and ligaments) to turn to bone when they are damaged. This can often cause damaged joints to fuse together, preventing movement. Unfortunately surgical removal of the bone growths is ineffective as the body “heals” itself by recreating the removed bone. To make matters worse, the disease is so rare that it is often misdiagnosed as cancer, leading doctors to perform biopsies which can spark off worse growth of these bone-like lumps.FOP is a genetic disease. The bone growth progresses from the top downward, just as bones grow in fetuses. A child with FOP will typically develop bones starting at the neck, then on the shoulders, arms, chest area and finally on the feet. However it does not necessarily occur in this order due to injury-caused flare-ups. Often, the tumor-like lumps that characterize the disease appear suddenly. The gene that causes ossification is normally deactivated after a fetus' bones are formed in the womb, but in patients with FOP, the gene keeps working. Aberrant bone formation in patients with FOP occurs when injured connective tissue or muscle cells at the sites of injury or growth incorrectly express an enzyme for bone repair during apoptosis (self-regulated cell death), resulting in lymphocytes containing excess bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) provided during the immune system response. Since the incorrect enzyme remains unresolved within the immune response, the body continues providing the incorrect BMP4-containing lymphocytes. BMP4 is a product that contributes to the development of the skeleton in the normal embryo.
The most famous case is Harry Eastlack whose body was so ossified by his death that he could only move his lips. His skeleton is now on display at the Mütter Museum.

This evening I decided to check back my Orkut account, I came across this new application on Orkut named ILIKE..so here u can listen to your choice of music and add it to your profile and also can dedicate songs to your friend. You can search by multiple criteria, by author, by name of the song or by words...you can also add them to your playlist...This one is real innovation..they also had button "COME TO MY TOWN" .check in the below picture, you can see that option,  in the right middle of the picture. Using this you can actually request the singers or the band to come to your town for a concert.
